    Production & maquiladora coating

Cross-border manufacturing runs on schedules, not guesses. We coat recurring production parts — brackets, enclosures, frames, housings and fabricated assemblies — for maquiladoras and contract manufacturers in McAllen, Pharr, Reynosa, Brownsville and Matamoros.

Repeat part numbers get repeatable masking, consistent finishes and a predictable flow from dock to dock, without sending pallets hundreds of miles north for finishing.

    Aerospace & ground-support

Starbase-area suppliers and aerospace ground-support fabricators need finishes that survive salt air, heat and handling — and they need them close to the launch site. We blast, mask and coat fixtures, carts, enclosures, structural weldments and tooling for suppliers in the Brownsville and Boca Chica area.

    Marine & Gulf corrosion

Steel near the Gulf corrodes fast. For equipment and structures working around the Port of Brownsville and Corpus Christi, proper sandblasting and surface profiling followed by a correctly specified powder or liquid system is the difference between a coating that lasts and one that's flaking by next season.

    Laredo freight corridor

Manufacturers and fabricators along the I-35 and Laredo trade corridor can route parts to Harlingen for finishing and keep their supply chain inside South Texas. Tell us your volumes and ship dates and we'll build a coating schedule around them.

    Harlingen coating FAQ

Do you coat production runs for maquiladoras?

    +

Yes. Our Harlingen plant coats recurring production runs for manufacturers on both sides of the border, including maquiladora operations in Reynosa and Matamoros and their U.S. partners in McAllen, Pharr and Brownsville. We handle everything from first-article prototypes to ongoing production volume.

What is the largest part size you can coat?

    +

Professional Finishing coats parts up to 16 feet long — our batch oven is 10′ high × 8′ wide × 16′ long — and runs production volume on a high-volume conveyor line in Harlingen. Send us dimensions and weights and we'll confirm fit at the Harlingen plant before we quote.

    What is your typical turnaround?

    +

Typical turnaround is 3-4 business days from receipt of parts. Actual lead time depends on quantity, color, prep and masking requirements, and we'll confirm a schedule with your quote.

Can you mask threads and critical surfaces?
