Our powder coating service uses a custom, fully automated spray system. Multi-gun robotic equipment , enabling high-volume processing of large parts with precise, repeatable results.

Coordinated conveyor systems give us the capacity to deliver excellent finishes at high volume. Computerized automated spray booths assure consistency of color and film thickness throughout the run.

Professional Finishing is an authorized AAMA 2604 powder coating service. Our skill, expertise, and facilities make us the right choice for stringent architectural specifications.

In our Richmond facility, we process architectural aluminum on our NCP (Non-Chrome Pretreatment) line, with extrusions up to 22 feet long. Once the substrate has been pretreated, a wide selection of fluoropolymer finish coatings is available to meet your spec.
