    Powder coating in Richmond

Our powder coating service applies custom-colored, textured, and finished surface coatings on parts up to 8 feet wide, 10 feet high, and 25 feet deep. We cure powdered polymer resin to metal and other surfaces — building a finish that resists rust, corrosion, fading, chipping, scratching, and the punishment of weather, temperature, and UV.

Powder coating is also a greener solution than paint and other coating processes — zero VOCs, reclaimable overspray, and a service life that often beats paint by an order of magnitude.

    Liquid coating for delicate substrates

Liquid coating produces a wide range of colors, finishes, and textures — and goes on wet rather than dry. It's the better process for materials that can't survive the high-heat cure that powder coating requires, including wood, plastic, and other substrates that burn or melt.
